The poppet valve developed on the basis of the traditional double-cylinder S-pipe plunger pump adopts the switching action of four poppet valves to control the suction and pushing of slurry. The left and right material cylinders alternately and independently complete the conveying process of slurry, thus completely eliminating the material backflow phenomenon caused by the connection of the suction flow channel when the traditional S-valve pump is reversed. The reversal is very stable, with high pipeline pressure, small fluctuation, small vibration and small noise. It is suitable for conveying fine particle size materials with high viscosity and poor self-flow.
S valve filling pump can be used for coarse aggregate tailings, tailings dry row, high concentration mud, slurry and chemical sludge and other materials pumping. According to the characteristics of the slurry, the specially designed internal structure reduces the flow resistance of the slurry, and the slurry is sucked into the concrete cylinder to the maximum during the reversing process. The volumetric efficiency (processing capacity) of the filling pump is greatly improved, and the maximum filling capacity of a single device reaches 400m.<sup>3</sup>/h。
The deep cone paste thickener uses the gravity sedimentation of solid particles in the tail mortar for continuous thickening. Its structure has a special feed well, large height-diameter ratio and cone angle, so it can produce a high concentration of underflow. The deep cone thickener is mainly composed of thickener shell, central feeding well device, mixing rake device, feeding dilution device, flocculant dosing device, self-circulating device and automatic control system.
The unpowered deep cone thickener uses the gravity sedimentation of solid particles in the tail mortar for continuous thickening. Its structure has a special feed well and a larger height-to-diameter ratio than the deep cone thickener, so it can produce a high concentration of underflow and store more slurry. The unpowered deep cone thickener is mainly composed of thickener shell, central feeding well device, flocculant adding system, multi-stage drainage system, compressed air slurry making system, etc.
